■ How to purchase
-Add this product to your cart and purchase it together with the product you would like wrapped.
・The product will be delivered in a packaged state .
・If you are purchasing multiple items, including for home use, Before proceeding to payment, please be sure to enter the name of the item for which you would like gift wrapping in the "Message to Store" section on the cart page.
*If you do not fill in this information, all items will be gift wrapped together.
■ About the name to be written on the gift tag
Before proceeding to the payment process, please enter the name you would like to appear on the message to the store in the [ Message to the store ] section on the cart page. (You can also enter names together.)
*If you do not fill in this information, we will use the full name of the purchaser that you entered in the billing information field during payment.
■ Number of items that can be packaged
Up to 2 swaddles and 2 bibs or 2 handkerchiefs can be wrapped in one gift box. (2 swaddles + 1 bib + 1 handkerchief is also possible.)
*3 swaddles are not included.
■ About shipping
It is also possible to ship directly to the recipient.
If you wish, please enter the following information when making your payment:
1. Enter the recipient's information in the "Delivery address" information entry field.
2. In the "Payment" information entry field, uncheck "Use shipping address as billing address" (or check "Shipping address and billing address are different")
3. Enter the sender's (purchaser's) information in the "Billing address" field (the sender's (purchaser's) name and address will be printed on the shipping label).

- About Shipping
・The items will be shipped from our warehouse in Japan.
・Orders placed with shipping addresses destined in Taiwan will be sent out via Japan Post.
・All orders come with a tracking number which will be provided once the package is shipped.
・For orders under $2200, a shipping fee of $290 applies
・For orders over $2200, Free Shipping
・You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving your country.
・If you refuse to pay for above, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charged incurred by us from the shipping company.
・ After payment is completed, the item will be shipped within the next 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
・After your order is shipped, we cannot predict how long it will take to arrive. This may vary due to customs, delays, etc.
・Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting us.
