Return & Refund Policy

・We do not accept returns and refunds of products after delivery due to customer's convenience. However, we will only accept for obviously defective products before use and wash. In that case, please contact us within one week of the product arrival date. (Please check the product as soon as it arrives.)

*Please note that the color of the actual product may differ slightly from the product image depending on the studio lighting and natural light conditions during the photo shoot, as well as your monitor settings.

*When washing the item, please spread it out completely before putting it in the washing machine. (We recommend using a laundry net.)

*Due to the nature of the product, there may be individual differences in the feel, texture, and color of the fabric due to differences in raw material lots and manufacturing environment. Please be aware of this.

*Please note that due to the nature of the product, there may be small color spots or blemishes in some areas of the print.
