■About message cards
・We offer two different patterns to choose from depending on the gift purpose.
・"Congratulations" is recommended as a baby shower gift
・Other gift recommendations "For You"
・Please choose the pattern you want from two options and add it to your cart.
・We use paper that is easy to write on by hand, You can also write your own message on the back (blank).
*We do not accept changes to the design or wording, or requests to write messages on your behalf.
*We do not sell message cards only. Please order together with other products.
- About Shipping
・The items will be shipped from our warehouse in Japan.
・Orders placed with shipping addresses destined in Taiwan will be sent out via Japan Post.
・All orders come with a tracking number which will be provided once the package is shipped.
・For orders under $2200, a shipping fee of $290 applies
・For orders over $2200, Free Shipping
・You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving your country.
・If you refuse to pay for above, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charged incurred by us from the shipping company.
・ After payment is completed, the item will be shipped within the next 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
・After your order is shipped, we cannot predict how long it will take to arrive. This may vary due to customs, delays, etc.
・Please allow up to 21 business days before contacting us.
